Mr and Miss Nepal Australia 2012 (Application deadline Feb 29)

Application has opened for the second Mr and Miss Nepal Australia 2012. The last date of the acceptance of application is February 29, 2012.

The contest organizer United Nepalese Arts and Entertainment had also organized Mr and Miss Nepal Australia 2011 last year.

Prerequisites to participate in the contest are:

The applicant should be an unmarried male/female Nepali citizen.

Age should be between 18-30 years ( as on July, 2012).

Minimum academic qualification should be 10+2 or equivalent.

Minimum height must be 5ft 3inches (female) and 5ft 5inches (male)

Applicant should be attractive, possess should health and have good moral character.

Miss Teen Hetauda 2010

First ever Miss Teen Hetauda was organized as Oasis Miss Teen Talent Hunt 2010. The crown of Miss Teen Hetauda was awarded to Miss Pooja Shrestha. In the event organized in Hetauda’s Om Movie Hall, grade 11 student Pooja had been the top contestant among the total 39 participating teen beauties.

In the contest, Binju Maharjan was the first runner-up and Miss Sandipa Adhikari was the second runner-up.

Sumi Moktan of Kabhrepalanchowk won the title of Miss Tamang 2012 in an event held in Tundikhel on January 28, 2012.

Sumi is the fifth Miss Tamang to-date. The first Miss Tamang, Zenisha Moktan was successful in winning Miss Nepal crown in 2009.

If you are an unmarried female Nepali citizen of age between 19-25 years (as of January 18, 2012), you might be eligible to participate in Miss Nepal 2012 beauty contest.In addition to the said criteria participant should have a minimum academic qualification of 10+2 or equivalent.

To ensure beauty, the participants are required to have a minimum height of 5 ft 4 inches and should process attractive personality, sound health and good moral character.

The application should reach the organizers by 6 pm February 23, 2012 (Falgun 11, 2068). The application should also include two photos (one full length and one close-up) of a minimum size of 5”x7” photocopies of citizenship and academic certificates.
